Pursuing a Dream
I am not sure if anyone reads this blog, but in my last entry I asked a question about Soulforce. If you do happen to read through it, please respond to this question. I am conducting a small, informal survey.
The Question: Would you invite Soulforce to your church?
Now to the dream. Kerry and I are in the process of pursuing a lifelong dream. I can't share details yet, but when I can I will drop them in this blog. This dream is something that has been in process for about 15-16 years. Finally we have reached a point where we can pursue it.
Please pray for us as we follow what we believe is God's plan for us. I can let you know that it does not involve leaving this area or making a major career change. We are so excited that we can hardly wait to get it going.
I am reminded of the verse in Ephesians 3:20 -- "God can do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine, according to his power within us." Fortunately, he is a God of dreams.
