Simplicity!
“For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day
according to the Scriptures.”
I Corinthians 15:3-4
From Max Lucado…
The computer age has given rise to a new breed of geniuses -- techies. The problem is, they don’t always know how to tell us what they do. They spout terms like megabytes, software, and hard drive. Our response is, “Huh?”
Long before computers had techies, the church had theologians. Again the problem is, they don’t always know how to tell us what they do. They spout terms like predestination, sanctification, and propitiation. Our response? We tilt our heads and say, “What?”

Don’t you wish we understood the simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus? Paul in I Corinthians gives us the “skinny” on the Gospel. It is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. When we understand that, then we will be able to connect with the world about the need for a Savior.
What if we all decided to simply share Jesus with those around us? Not the church, the L0rd’s supper, our stand on women, instruments, orphan homes, etc. Just Jesus.
Would it change the way people see us, the church, the Lord’s Supper, orphan homes, instruments, etc.? I believe it would. This week try to share only Jesus and his Gospel and see what happens. It may even change you. I know it changed me.

Nice post, but some thing's that computer nerds say should be known by all people, especially the megabytes lol, I would call that basic human termonology.
